Wowser! Will the season ever kick in? We all know what the weather in the UK has been like for the past few months and it's a tough gig if what you do is work outdoors.
Making The Most Of Last Year's Harvest
The van is sleeping, its bright colours just too dazzling for the winter months but is there a shift in the air today? Err no. The team haven't been idle during this hibernation period and have used the sketches gathered throughout last year's harvest to develop new artworks. Here is a glimpse of works developed by Maxine Greer and Jane Hindmarch in their respective caves.
Something To Look Forward To: The Wildlife Trust BCN 'Nature Sketch'
There are many things to look forward to over the coming months as we head towards brighter days and sunshine (fingers crossed). We start off with the team delivering drawing courses with The WildLife Trust BCN (Beds,Cambs and Northants). We'll be heading to Sulehay Nature Reserve to deliver the first 'Nature Sketch' on the 28th April. These art courses will see participants experiment with drawing techniques and create art books in response to the wildlife found at the reserve. For more details contact The Wildlife Trust BCN to get booked on link here: Nature Sketch
We'll be updating the blog with more details of things to look forward to. Meanwhile we'd love to know what creative ventures you've got planned.
